All our homes come with their own private garden and plenty of space for sun decking and most have views of the Ocean. Calico Park deal with all of the major UK and European manufacturers of Mobile Homes and Park Homes, including, Omar, Sunroller, Willerby, Pemberton and Tingdene to name but a few. Calico Park also deal with two of the main producers of Timber Lodges, namely Timber Homes Algarve and Danecasa.

Whatever your requirements there is a home for you. They are spacious and there is enormous flexibility in design, layout and room size. A typical home has a sitting room, dining area, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom or shower room, and between one and three bedrooms – often with an en suite bath or shower room.

Most homes are fully furnished, although you can opt for unfurnished or part furnished if you prefer. A furnished home includes loose and fitted furniture, as well as colour co-ordinate wall-to-wall floor coverings and soft furnishings. All Homes are connected to normal services such as water, electricity, gas, drains and sewers. Homes are well insulated and most have double-glazing, so you can be comfortable throughout the year without spending a fortune. They are easy to maintain, allowing you to spend your time and money on more interesting things.

The home is bought and owned outright by the customer and the land is rented from Calico Park annually.  A renewable contract will be issued to you.  Water & electricity are metered and paid by the homeowner monthly.  Gas supply is bottled and can be bought as and when needed during opening hours at reception.

The price of your home is an all inclusive price and includes the following:

Delivery of the home to Caliço Park, Erection and siting of the home and the installation of all services (gas, electric, water and sewage) to the home on the agreed plot, Supply and installation of a cabinet style fridge / Freezer, Cleaning of the home and testing of all appliances and services to ensure the home is ready for occupation. Home manufacturers warranty (excluding any items purchased as extras, these are covered by the manufacturers warranty for the items purchased)

Provision of fire extinguisher and external enclosure, Provision of one 11kg gas bottle, Supply and Installation of one 12000btu Hot and cold Air Conditioning unit, Turfed lawn, Irrigation system, Ceramic tiled pathways, Ceramic tiled patio area, Gravelled driveway and walkway areas, Selection of plants and shrubs, Timber fence to front of plot.
